Naiha Chaudry is a CDA-licensed psychologist with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and over 8 years of experience across clinical and educational settings in the UAE and USA. A Pakistani-American psychologist, she combines evidence-based care with cultural insight, offering therapy that is both compassionate and globally informed. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from the USA, and her DHA license is under process. Having lived in the UAE for nearly 20 years, she brings deep cultural knowledge and understanding to her work with diverse clients.

She works primarily with adolescents (12+) and adults, providing individual and couples therapy. Trained in CBT, ACT, and EMDR. She provides services in both English and Urdu.
Her clinical experience includes supporting adolescents, adults, and families in therapeutic and school-based contexts, as well as collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. She focuses on helping clients navigate emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges with care and cultural fluency.
Naiha also works closely with couples, offering a safe and structured space to explore relationship dynamics, improve communication, rebuild trust, and manage cultural or life-transition stressors.
