She is officially licensed as a psychologist by the Community Development Authority (CDA).

Asmaa has over seven years of clinical experience supporting children, adolescents, emerging adults, adults, couples, and parents. She specializes in helping clients navigate anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, self-esteem, relationship challenges, and family dynamics. In addition to her psychotherapy work, she offers marriage counselling, helping couples improve communication, understand emotional needs, rebuild trust, and strengthen connection.

Her therapeutic approach combines Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with DBT-informed strategies, attachment theory, expressive art techniques, and developmental psychology. Asmaa is known for creating a compassionate, culturally sensitive, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel supported, empowered, and understood.

Alongside her clinical practice, Asmaa designs and delivers psycho-educational workshops for children, teens, parents, schools, and organizations. Her workshops focus on emotional regulation, communication skills, and confidence-building, using interactive tools such as art therapy, role-play, therapeutic games, and team-building exercises.

As a psychology lecturer, she teaches courses including Introduction to Psychology, Health Psychology, Personality, and Cognitive Psychology, and is passionate about mentoring young professionals entering the mental-health field.

Warm, empathetic, and evidence-based in her work, Asmaa is dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families build emotional resilience, improve their relationships, and create lasting positive change.
