Psychology from the American University of Beirut, and an MSc in Psychology from the
University of Liverpool, UK and is a member of the British Psychological Society as well as the

Drawing on her extensive multicultural experiences, Noha embraces a humanistic approach to
help clients access their inner strengths for holistic well-being. Her goal is to foster hope,
confidence, resilience, and autonomy by tailoring her methods to each individual’s unique needs
and aspirations. She incorporates a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Solution-
Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
(ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), offering a personalized approach grounded in
both systematic and psychodynamic frameworks.
Noha has substantial experience working with individuals aged 14 and above, addressing a
wide range of challenges, from general support needs to managing diagnosed conditions such
as anxiety, depression, OCD, and Borderline Personality Disorder. She also specializes in
couples therapy and marriage counseling, helping partners improve communication, resolve
conflicts, and strengthen their relationships. Noha provides a safe, nurturing environment where
clients can explore and grow.
In addition to her clinical practice, she is actively involved in research and advocacy efforts to
promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma. Noha remains committed to ongoing
professional development, with a special interest in working with young adults, understanding
cultural and social identities, and processing and healing after trauma.
